TSP Salt Line
The Textured Sou Protein - PST is obtained by thermoplastic extrusion of defatted soy flour, where the combination of high temperature and high pressure inactivates antinutritional factors originally present in soybeans. After extrusion the protein undergoes step where they are applied flavorings and condiments.
